John Smith – Managing Director, Americas

John SmithJohn has over 20 years supporting corporations and human capital management staffing organizations with managed service provider services, global contractor payroll management and risk compliance relating to their global contingent workforces. John has performed contract negotiation with Fortune 500 companies on behalf of independent recruiters and staffing organizations to allow them to work within the parameters of a centralized managed services program. John joined CXC Global in 2010 developing the America’s operations. Prior to CXC Global , John was Vice President, General Manager for Leafstone/CORESTAFF in the Northeast USA, and assisted with CORESTAFF’s initial  launch of Comensura/Guidant MSP in the USA. In addition, John held roles as Vice President for both Ensemble/Chimes and The Albany Group supporting their domestic and global payroll services divisions. John resides in Monroe, CT USA and hold a Bachelors Degree from The University of Bridgeport.

Fernando Gutierrez, Managing Director – Latin America

New Fernando Pic2Fernando Gutierrez brings to CXC Global his international experience developed in both Latin America and North America working for more than eleven years in the Telecommunications industry.

His professional experience includes performing as commercial director at his companies in Uruguay and Brazil, in the fields of Electrical Engineering, Pay TV, Importation and Exportation. During the period at Lemcon Networks Ltd., he performed in various positions such as Marketing Manager in Rio de Janeiro and Staffing Services Manager for North America in Montreal. He joined CXC Global in 2013 and was responsible for setting up CXC Global´s operations in Latin America including opening the subsidiaries in Brazil and México.

Fernando holds two bachelors degrees in Electrical Engineering, one from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, RS/Brazil, another from Universidad de la República, Montevideo/Uruguay and a Diploma in Management – International Business Concentration from McGill University, Montréal/Canada. He is a member of the Brazil Canada Chamber of Commerce. Fernando resides in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
