There are many aspects that impact a company’s growth and with HR now becoming more considered as part of the business strategy, particularly in the area of talent and workforce management, the non-perm or extended workforce is now also being included as part of that growth strategy. Today’s workforce management requires an understanding of a diverse talent ecosystem.
Companies are realizing that to keep up with generational and technological changes, they need to embrace this growing part of their workforce, but how far should they go with their inclusion?

According to a study conducted by Deloitte, only 42% of workers are salaried employees. The report goes on to talk about the composition of the workforce and how dramatically it is changing. The workforce is now more diverse than ever and businesses are becoming more aware of the challenges of managing this workforce ecosystem.
Of those surveyed, only 29 percent of respondents said that their organizations track these ecosystem workers’ compliance. Risk management is often overlooked or when it comes to workforce management and for CXC Global, it is a key focus.
