Amendments to severance pay regulations (2025)
Effective January 2025, Argentina revised its severance pay rules, introducing a cap of three times the employee’s monthly salary for dismissals without cause. The purpose of the change is to support business sustainability.
Mandatory training programs for employees (2025)
Starting in April 2025, companies with over 50 employees will be required to provide annual training programs focused on workplace safety, inclusion, and digital skills, as mandated by Argentina’s Ministry of Labor.
