Providing embedded talent on demand for Transurban
Transurban’s talent acquisition (TA) team were conducting a significant amount of recruitment activity to support their business-critical customer service contact centre.
They required expertise from a number of key roles, including project managers, payroll officers, finance managers and contract administrators.
However, they lacked the internal resources required to meet the volume they were sourcing. Transurban went to market to hire TA consultants to join the team, but due to a tight talent market in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, the process was taking longer than expected.
